Try Cow-pooling: Get your friends, co-workers, family members, or neighbors to share a whole, half or split-half of beef. You'll find the price per pound is very cost effective.
Customer may give their own cut and wrap instruction. A deposit will be collected here. Final payment and delivery will arranged after the total beef weight is determined.
Portions are as follows (all options):
- 1/2 Ground Beef
- 1/4 Steaks - Round, Sirloin, T-bone (or New York and Tenderloin Steaks), Cube Steaks, Flat Iron Steak, and Rib Steak
- 1/4 Roasts, both Rump and Chuck
